Rancho Simi Community Park (Duck)

(805) 584-4400 info@rsrpd.us 1765 Royal Ave, Simi Valley, CA 93065
This was the first community park built in Simi Valley, also known as the "Duck Pond Park".  This park has so much to offer.  Here you’ll find a reservable amphitheater, barbecues, lighted basketball courts, horseshoe pits, uncovered picnic tables throughout the park, pre-teen play area, a tot lot, handicap accessible play area, restrooms, shuffleboard courts, soccer field, pickleball courts, and tennis courts.
The two main highlights of this park are the lagoon and Simi Valley's only public swimming pool. The lagoon has been renovated to become not only a desirable feature for locals and surrounding communities, but it's new pumping system allows for recirculation of water to use in irrigation. The Olympic size pool which features two diving boards can be booked for parties and is home to our aquatic programs (pool hours) as well as our annual Youth Triathlon and Dive-in Movies.
The Jim Meredith Sports Complex features three softball diamonds and a concession stand. Rancho Simi Adult Softball Leagues can be seen playing here multiple times a week.
This park is connected to Arroyo Simi Bike Path, which allows travels from the west to the east end of Simi Valley.
"Overall, this park is a wonderful stop for families and for anyone seeking some great outdoors in the middle of Simi Valley.  Well worth a visit!" -Jason L., Yelp
