Crestview is one of eight Before & After School Clubs located in Simi Valley. Your child's safety is our number one priority. All of our staff are both CPR and First Aid certified and trained to work with children. We offer a wide variety of games, crafts, and other activities, as well as a quiet place for your child to work on their homework.
Before & After School Clubs will be closed on the following days:
September 2, 2019 (Monday) - Labor Day
November 11, 2019 (Monday) - Veteran’s Day
November 28-29, 2019 (Thursday-Friday) - Thanksgiving Day(s)
December 25, 2019 (Wednesday) - Winter Holiday
January 1, 2020 (Wednesday) - New Year's Day
January 20, 2020 (Monday) - Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
February 17, 2020 (Monday) - President’s Day
May 25, 2020 (Monday) - Memorial Day
IMPORTANT CHANGE NOTICE
Requests for enrollment changes (including withdrawal from the program), must be communicated
to the Park District office before the 25th of the month. All changes are effective on the 1st of the
month and not before.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Homework Club Guidelines
•A quiet area is provided for your child to work on homework
•Counselors provide support and assistance as needed
•Staff is not responsible for correcting completed homework
Late Pickup
A $10 fee will be charged for every 15 minutes (or portion thereof) that a child is picked up after 6:00 pm.
Reporting Absences
Parents and guardians must contact the Before and After School Club via phone or email to inform the staff that their child(ren) will not be in attendance
