Sports in a Bag
Looking for a way to keep your child engaged in sports? Sports in a bag contains a towel, jump rope, resistance band, and the ball of  your choice (basketball, football, soccer, or volleyball).  Videos will be posted here to work on all elements of being an athlete: speed, agility, ball handling, and mental toughness.  Whether your athlete is just starting out or the all-star of the
team, this kit is the key to staying active.
